If I was you I would remove the plugs (The TP-Links) reset them to defualts. While they are out/off scan your network with whatever you have and make a note of the ip adresses found. Reinsert your plugs and then rescan (with your "master" plug connected to your router) and rescan the network then you will know the ip's of the plugs. When you know the ip of the "slave" plug (the one with the access point) set it up to have a wifi network name different to the router.
