I /usually/ like quick jumps... but sometimes, they're just annoying.

But I'm not seeing people clarify if they're talking about the search box in
the corner, or the search page.

My view is that the search box in the corner should quick jump; the search
page should not.
 - The box in the corner is quicker to get to, and is ideal for quick jumping
to tickets, revisions, pages, whatever. The name should be changed to "Quick
search".
 - The search page needs another click, and provides options for what to
search. On the search page, quick jumps could be handled a couple of ways:
disable them, add an option on the page to enable them, or have an "I'm
feeling lucky" type button. (Named something else, right Alec?)

Thoughts?
