Agreed.  That is likely the same issue.  Mine chained field isn't 
necessarily very small and unreadable but it is still unusable unless you 
use the hand-waving of clicking the Preview button each time you change the 
base Type field.  I got myself added to the pilot user list for IE10 and 
should have it pushed to my PC by Wednesday so hopefully I can verify that 
IE10 fixes it.
