Yes, Announcer send an email for every ticket. Interesting. The individual configuration of email notifications for every user is a requirement for us, like this is possible in Bugzilla. Our current version of AnnouncerPlugin is still not very flexible to create custom rules, only some sets of notifications are selectable. Thanks for your efforts for a new version. Good to hear that parts of it are integrated into Trac core. What is the mail reason for the Plugin on Trac 1.2, which main parts are not integrated yet?
