Hmmm.. probably.  You can't do just one device if it's listen-only, 
since it has to tell the nuvi to start talking.  Both the GTRANS and the 
T2 will keep track of how long it's been since they've heard from the 
nuvi and after about 11 seconds of no activity they'll send the start 
command.  But regardless of which device sends the start command, once 
it starts they should both be happy.

The only potential problem I see is the product request packet - both 
devices want to know what format to send waypoints in and will request a 
supported protocol list.  But again, as long as they're both powered on 
at the same time, they should both get the response.  And even if the 
GTRANS misses it, I don't think it'll care - it just won't be able to 
create waypoints, which it can't do with a listen-only connection anyway.
