If you're looking for cheap and don't know about the cabling (how many of us did before we bought our first one), then you might jump at one like that. I've considered it just to have a spare for the inevitable day that the Florida sun finally does in one of my screens. I've already got all the accessories, I'd just need a new functioning unit.
