Hi Pete, Typically you will have to set the mode as well as your call sign in the unit. There are other settings as well that you will want to address. At least the is the way it is for the OT2. Best regards, Fred

When I connect the Argent serial cable from the radio to the side port of the Nuvi (power is through the cradle) and turn both on I do not see any "Dispatch" button or other indication the two are talking. I believe the radio needs to be in Digital mode when using it with the Nuvi 350 but I'm not sure. When ordered I asked that the board be set-up for a Garmin connection protocol but maybe that wasn't done. Can anyone help he out? Pete KCØGPB
