Trying to define a first version that would have enough features to be
useful, but simple enough to implement and have a chance for
integration in the mainline, with your feedback, I've come up with
these requirements in priority order:

Required for first version:
1. Possibility to add/edit dependencies.
2. Use the dependency information to filter active actions.
3. Possibility to view dependency information.

Nice to have:
4. Drag and drop
5. Displaying dependent actions in an expandable area below the action.
6. Possibility to add/edit/delete relationships from that area.

I would like to ask you:
1. Do you believe that the current features (1-3) adds enough value as
is, or is more functionality required in a first version?
2. Is anyone interested in reviewing code/implement features/write tests?
