I thought I finally had the purpose of TPAs down, however I am once again
questioning myself.
Could someone provide some insight on the following:
1. Purpose of TPA for a healthcare provider and how it should be used in
negotiating with payers & in performing
837 gap analysis?
2. Purpose of TPA for a clearinghouse and how they should utilize TPA?
3. Purpose of TPA for a Patient Financial System Vendor and how they
should utilize TPA?
Thanks to all who can provide thoughts/insight to get me back on track.
