In the 837D IG pg 150 Under the CLM01 in Grey it reads "characters beyond '20' are not REQUIRED to be stored nor returned by any 837 receiving system" so what I get out of this is, in the HIPAA process anything over 20 char's is not used/stored/forwarded on but nowhere does it say that it should fail compliance if over 20char? is this the correct interpretation? thanks Bill __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
