Neither?

1. Existing project with 1.1SVN for CF9 "throw" type changes
2. Attempted pluggable cache but no success yet. Experimented with CF9 cache
provider because I dislike certain things about the ehCache provider.
3. Because no pluggable cache success yet, I modified 1.1SVN to use the CF8
modifications as it only enabled those for CF8
