Cool. Another person that installs 0.10 before we get the time :-) Pootle integrates with your SVN repository by having a local working checkout. So yes, unless you want to reconfigure each directory, you probably want to do it as similar to SVN as possible. The only way that _might_ be possible to setup a directory structure without shell access, is to upload a zip file into the empty project/language. Well, it doesn't need to be empty, but I assume you want to start empty, otherwise it will try to update/overwrite the tranlations from the zip file. You have to be admin for the project to upload new files. I haven't tried this, so it might not work (another reason to work with an empty project :-) Let us know if you have success.
