I assume you updated from CVS? I see you run the 0.10rc1 which is not
even released yet :-). Thank you for reporting these issues. I'll
comment below:

At your account information, you specify which languages and project are
listed there.

The behaviour of the edit link has caused lots of comments. The
behaviour is slightly changed now, but I understand that some people
still feel that it is unintuative. When I install our own server with
0.10, I believe we can get some good feedback on this list. Showing all
of them is an interesting idea.

I think it should say "suggest" if that is the only thing you are
allowed to do. The sugestions don't currently show in view mode. It is a
tradeoff for layout. Perhaps they can be shown when you hover over the
translation?

With the files listed in the editing view, you can click on "Review
suggestions"

The suggestions are stored in a seperate file. They are not directly
accessible from the web interface. They are stored as .pending files.
