We can't at the moment :(

We can update the PO header - but also not all fields since for instance
we don't change the langauage team entry.

Editing the header above that - Mmmm not sure what that would entail.
Seems like a simple hack but its not going to be high on our priority
list as we're working on getting the tools across to XLIFF.
