We are currently developing one, here you can see an early version of our tool: http://www.certima.net/glosima/ But it seems that someone are doing another one: http://autshumato.sourceforge.net/TMS.html I have heard about other projects, free and not free, but they seem to be dead. At least one of them is dead: http://softwarelivre.sapo.pt/projects/globs Related with terminology thing there are others like FUEL: https://fedorahosted.org/fuel/ but if I am not wrong there are other projects. Terminology is important for improving quality in translation. The appearance of openTran helped a lot, but now we need a way to help translators have suggestions inline from approved glossaries, that could be shared using TBX. But I think that terminology shouldn't be created from within Pootle. Terminology should be created using other tools, and then could be imported to Pootle for using it. But for creating terminology maybe you want to sort the concepts in order to begin with the more used in real world, and for that reason I asked if the terminology that Pootle creates could be exported to TBX in order to import in some of these new tools to improve it, and then reexport it to TBX for share and/or import into Pootle again.
