Dear treg members,

Until recently Holland had wave-shaping (Mute) requirements for terminal
equipment attached to the PSTN. In order for our products to satisfy these
requirements, additional circuitry was necessary.

It has recently been brought to my attention that these requirements no longer
existed in Holland (because Holland is now primarily DTMF). Can anyone confirm
that these pulse dialing requirements no longer exist for PSTN terminal
equipment?

Additionally, what, if any, does this rule change have on Luxembourg PSTN TE
approvals? (Before this change, approval in Luxembourg was obtainable with a
Holland approval.)

Thank you, in advance, for any support provided.

Sincerely,

Mark Murphy
