In the Netherlands we still have the pulse dialling requirements, 
but if pulse dialling is disabled (no possibilities to dial with 
pulses and not mentioned in the user manual), it is not necessary to 
perform the pulse dialling test cases.

Since a few years, the PSTN network in the Netherlands is fully DTMF 
(also pulse dialling is still possible). Please note that there are 
always consumers who have 'home'-PABX's which can only recognize pulse 
dialling internally.

As far as we known, this doesn't change the Luxembourg PSTN approval.
