Hello treg'ers The address of the German regulatory authority is wrong. The Bundesministerium has been dissolved at the 31 Dezember 1997. A ministry for posts and telekommunikations does not exist any more. Instead of the ministry a regulatory authority for telecommunications and posts has been established at the 1 January 1998. It is called 'Regulierungsbehörde für Telekommunikation und Post'.
The address is as follows: Office address: Heinrich-von-Stephan-Str. 1 53175 Bonn Federal Republic of Germany Postal address: Postfach 80 01 53105 Bonn Federal Republic of Germany Fax +49 228 14-8872 Telephone +49 228 14-0 At the moment the Homepage is www.bapt.de but this will be changed this month into www.regtp.de. By the way the addresses of the european regulatory authorities can be found at http://www.ispo.cec.be/infosoc/legreg/docs/nras.html (It has not been updated with respect to the new German address.)
