A while ago the approvals body (and the test lab) came together under the
Bundesamt fuer Post und Telekommunikation (BAPT) banner. Approvals were
handled at BAPT in Saarbruecken.

The BZT abbreviation was still used on approval labels however, only this time 
it stood for [B]APT [Z]ulassen und [T]esten.

I guess the name has changed again now.
