Has there been a change recently, as in Germany, or is this a subdivision
of the Ispettorato Generale delle Telecomunicazioni (IGT) ???

DGCA is not the agency listed in the Mutual Recognition Agreements
as the Italian Approval Authority.  It may well be the body that does the
actual work, as in Germany did the BZT.

This is all useful information if it is correct, as obviously, a lot of
documentation
publicly available is outdated (as the German changes are not yet reflected
in
various documents).
