The address of the German regulatory authority is wrong. The Bundesministerium
has been dissolved at the 31 Dezember 1997. A ministry for posts and
telekommunikations does not exist any more. Instead of the ministry a regulatory
authority for telecommunications and posts has been established at the 1 January
1998. It is called 'Regulierungsbehörde für Telekommunikation und Post'.
