Simply stated, the EMC directive is set up this way:
Unintentional Radiators (TCF) - Competent Body involvement
Intentional Radiators (licensing) - Notified Body involvement

Question: For a product (flight simulator) which would seem to be in
the "light industrial" category, does EMC (CE) certification through the
TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION FILE path require NOTIFIED BODY or COMPETENT BODY
involvement?
