I was told late in 1994 of a fire that had destroyed a central office some time prior to 1994. This is what prompted everyone wanting listed equipment above and beyond any interpretation of the law. It was a CO in Chicago so I guess we all know who that was *supposed* to be.
Was this story I was told based on fact? Did a CO really burn down in Chicago? Regards, Doug
