     The thing that's bothering me, simply, is that I don't know if I 
     should make an effort to completely familiarize myself with 98/.../EC 
     and start warning customers, or to just not bother and see what comes 
     next.  I already feel that any time I spent involving 98/13/EC was 
     wasted.
