Regarding your remark about the type B plug, I agree.  However, this type of
plug is completely inappropriate for most ITE telecom gear, such as a modem.
The Type B plug is not a practical solution to this problem.

Regarding your closing comment about the law being "cut and dry," it is still
unclear to me what your interpretation of the situation is.  Could you please
clarify what you believe the options are for addressing the national
conditions that Sweden and Norway impose for clause 6.2.1.2?

Roger Magnusen's response (posted earlier on treg) seemed to confirm my
interpretation.  Do you agree with this interpretation, or do you have a
different view?
