If ya'll don't mind me jumping in here, personally I am loyal to a company
that provides me great customer service. However, if their product doesn't
keep up with others then I'm going to the technology I want and choose the
best customer service which provides the product I want. I have bought 4
cell phones in the past six months because I'm a technology junkie. I'm
going to try to stick with the palm, but it is a windows os, as I'm getting
the 750. I hope I don't hate the smaller screen and keyboard.........joy

I'm not sure I can say it better than Jeffery did. But I'd like to add,
that with a new OS and new hardware comes a steep learning curve.
