On the old Tungsten T3s the trick to sort out this sort of charging issue was to start the Palm charging on it`s cradle and THEN to do a warm reset (which reset the charging circuit so that it properly knew where it was). Some progs have `soft reset` available in their menus (e.g. Launcher-X has). It might work? YMMV :-) -- Tony Cooke http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/tonyandgillcooke/ . Strike any user when ready.
