You can call either... I usually prefer level 2 tech support at Sprint.  Ask 
for a Treo Rep.

Didn't think of that. Thought I had to go through Sprint. Looking over the 
Palm.com site, it sounds like I can indeed call them, even though I've heard 
their support it terrible.
