I've done a Soft Reset on this device many times from the Initiate menu. Never 
helped. Unless you're saying a Warm Reset is better for this sort of problem. 
I have also done a few Hard Resets. None of these have helped.

After seeing the Centro tell me I needed to recharge my battery when it was 
87% full last night, I decided the next step was to fully drain the battery 
overnight. If this fails to resolve this problem, I'll take it to the nearest 
Sprint Repair Center. Perhaps it's just a defective battery. Perhaps the 
device itself.
