I was not aware of this being a separate group. Do you need to ask to be
transferred to them?

My bill recently went up about $30. It is so complex with charges and credits
that I have trouble telling what's going on. I called for an explanation and
got an Indian customer service rep. That's the problem with Sprint; your
service varies greatly with who you get on the phone. I have hung up on reps
in the past and called back to get a better one. The Indians tend to follow
scripts and rarely exercise judgment. You never get good service from them.
Anyway, I did not get a satisfactory explanation from her. I am thinking of
calling Retention.
