I think I am in John's boat. Have used Palm's & Treo's for a while but will definitely not continue with Palm for the next device most likely BB (iPhone 2.0 tempting...). The issues with Palm have been around for a while and I don't want to wait any longer for the manufacturer to fix/improve...
