ClearSync (www.clearsync.com): Shared calendars and contacts with on-phone views of all shared data simultaneously (plus web and desktop access). No other app/service will do that for us, and my wife's and my calendars are so complex that we require it to keep our sanity.
So, until ClearSync makes its way to another platform, or Android comes out with locally stored images of Google Calendars, I'm stuck on Palm OS. And frankly, it's not so bad a place to be stuck...everything I need works, most of it works really well, and I'm constantly amazed at all I can do with a tiny little lump that fits in my pocket.
