The swipe method I hadn't found, and I thought I remembered something on
here about not being able to delete current/goto next. Swiping works
pretty well - though that idea about holding the orange button down and
tapping for multiple deletes would allow the user to be sure an
accidental tap hadn't deleted something meant to keep.
