Theres no way around the initial Palm Profile set up. I got some used ones in my office and I had to use my work acct to activate each one, then sign in using my profile. Once that was done I simply acticated the next one and the previous ones were allowed to be used as PDA's using Wifi and airplane mode.
How long that will last I don't know.
