This is very true. But once you figure it out and get the hang of it, it's not so bad. > my beloved Palm functionality has almost totally been lost. I felt that way too at first, going from a 700p to a Pre Plus, but it only takes a few days to get over that feeling. > who can live their lives inside just 16 gigs of resident memory these days I've been using the Pre for almost a year now, and I haven't come close to using up all the memory. > I was never able to get the Pre to sync with Outlook on my Windows7 laptop using classic I strongly recommend you not bother with Classic. I bought it when I first got the Pre because I thought I'd need/want to use some of the old Palm OS apps, but truth be told I never did. As for syncing with Outlook, I use PocketMirror for webOS to sync my local Outlook with the Pre via WiFi. Works great. And the tech support from Chapura is excellent and fast. George
