This is very true.  But once you figure it out and get the hang of it, it's
not so bad.

I felt that way too at first, going from a 700p to a Pre Plus, but it only
takes a few days to get over that feeling.

I've been using the Pre for almost a year now, and I haven't come close to
using up all the memory.

I strongly recommend you not bother with Classic.  I bought it when I first
got the Pre because I thought I'd need/want to use some of the old Palm OS
apps, but truth be told I never did.

As for syncing with Outlook, I use PocketMirror for webOS to sync my local
Outlook with the Pre via WiFi.  Works great.  And the tech support from
Chapura is excellent and fast.
