There seems to be a little chatter concerning keeping PIM stuff in the cloud.
Let's face it, most of that stuff is just contacts and appointments. I doubt
anyone can do much with "10 AM: meet Fred" and the contact info, well, that is
available all over the internet anyway (unless you have Joe Biden's cell
number, and you could probable find that if you looked hard enough)

just a thought.

But if I do my contacts with Google, then I'd have to get on the Internet to
view or edit them.  That seems like it'd be awkward and a step backward.
All my other PIM data is in Outlook on my PC.  I'd like my contacts to be
there too, and I'd like for the contact photos to sync along with the rest
of the contact's data.  What's so hard about that?

If you sync with Google, can you add them there?

Every time I get a replacement Pre I lose all the photos attached to my
contacts. Is there any way to somehow preserve the pictures in the address
book?
