If you're famous or well-connected, contacts info could be inconvenient if
released.

If you're wealthy, letting a ne'er-do-well know when you'll be out of town
at a meeting could lead to having your home burglarized.

Apart from those, I personally see little opportunity for serious badness
from having one's PIM data escape the confines of a secure server.

Moreover, there are billions of people using these services...someone
finding mine, and then acting on it in a way that damages me, is a
statistical long shot.

I figure I'm more at risk just driving to work each morning than I am from
having my private web-based info be used unscrupulously.  And I'm a fairly
risk intolerant person.
