That too has been largely addressed.  From being rated the worst support of
any US company in any industry a few years ago, they are now winning awards
for it.  Near-death experiences can cause companies to change.

I never had a gripe with Sprint's coverage here in the US. (Obviously, 
it's non-existent in Europe.) My gripe with Sprint was their customer 
service and tech support.

My parents are both on Sprint, and waiting for their Evo's.
