Keep in mind it's only been 2 years since I left Sprint. They were supposed to have improved greatly prior to that. They are great at courting customers and bringing them in, but not so great at doing anything to keep them. They weren't willing to replace my Treo, they weren't willing to even send me a loaner and let me send it to them to update. They didn't understand that I had traveled to 3 other states without the prl updating and insisted that if I traveled to a 4th state I could find a Sprint store that could do the update since my local Sprint repair center couldn't do it. (wth?)
It's over.
