'And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to
save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me
hither, but God; and he hath made me father to Pharoah, and Lord of all his
house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.' Gen 45:7-8
This man Joseph had such a great heart. If we consider how his brothers sold
him and disowned him, if it wer me or u, that bitterness shld surely be within
u.
But he saw the situation differently. He saw God sending him before his entire
family, and even says to his brethren do not grieve or be angry with urselves.
Wow. How many of us see God in all the unfortunate situations we have been put
into by those we love? How many of fight remain bitter for ever? How many of us
seek revenge?
We all do.
But i would encourage us to look at any unfortunate circumstance in our life in
a different perspective, and u will surely see how that is in God's plan.
So not hold on to anger or bitterness, but see God in every situation,
acknowledge him and give him back the glory.
