About a week or two ago I bought an LG Optimus G phone. I'm doing my best to
install only libre apps on it, and I've disabled Flash Player and Chrome (I
haven't found any help in removing them). It's not supported by Replicant and
I don't know what the community's general opinion is on CyanogenMod (which
does support my phone). All the instructions to root the device rely on dead
links and in all likelihood proprietary software. Does anyone have advice on
how I can get as close to a free software phone as possible?
