I don't know if there is (I hope so), but personally, if I was in that  
position, I would try to use Wine and, if that doesn't work, borrow a  
computer with Windows from somebody else for the task. After all, you only  
run this program once, correct? That's a lot less than the number of times  
you run the software on your phone.
