The point of the sarcasm was to show that, if you're going to move away from a 100% free software GNU distribution in favor of something that hopefully might work better, you might as well just give control over your computer back to Apple or Microsoft.
The part about switching back to Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS was
sarcasm. I'm never switching away from Trisquel. I feel very comfortable
using Trisquel so far (despite some design flaws here and there, some of
which are annoying but have workarounds), however I do realize some people
without any experience with computers might find some things in Trisquel to
be annoying. (For example, the Printers panel in the Control Panel doesn't
support network printers, so you have to add an extra program to add network
printers.)
