In a "pay what ever you want" system that allows 0 as the price to pay,  
putting the content in P2P networks loose it's sense if you seek for  
obtaining the data gratis.

Then, why would a site proposing copies of the same work at a price make any  
more sense than the one distributing them at no price? In other terms, how is  
that an argument in favor of allowing licenses forbidding commercial uses?
