Don't forget the Alt key as well.
Though to be fair, I found the key combination to be really finnicky.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, I think depending on how exactly
you push the keys (it seemed like I had to push Alt and Super at the same
time, or something).

Do you mean an item in the System Settings window? If so, the best workaround
for this strange design where there is no scroll bar is to hold Alt while
clicking on the window; this lets you drag it around.
