Amoung othere things the tone scale is a scale of awareness or pervasiveness of my point of view for me. Simply stated when i am low toned i am introverted into my feelings. When i am up tone i am extroverted and see the world around me . The Expanded tone scale shows this works from the top at native state where i am the whole universe, at co-existance / individuality i see both sides of any conflict. at games i deny that i can see the others point of view and play on that basis. Below zero we have being bodies or being mest where there is denial of any spiritual existence "we are just bodies". Mike, Thanks for the description of your changing points of view. I have been working to understand the expanded tone scale and how to experience it at various levels and your description helped.
