I don't know exactly where the "Musn't sleep" or "Musn't be slept" postulate is, but it seems to be there somehow (it's probably the noise overwhelm). So putting up the "Must sleep" postulate just prolonged the problem. I then tried to drop (to not make) the "Must sleep" or "I want to sleep" postulate. I didn't have the guts yet to make a full complementary postulate of "I musn't sleep" due to some fear of being stuck in that situation then. Instead I figured out the desirable state of wakening up in the morning after a good nights sleep and being rested, relaxed, painless and ready for the day. It worked quite well. I do use Melatonin. Sometimes Tryptophan. I also worked on a PAB program that a scientology C/S advised me to do. The CalMag formula really helped. And I handled a frightened being that frightened me with Level Two technology (so there is no anxiety anymore to sleep in). We are good friends now and I really love it. It seems that it wasn't its intention to frighten me but that it was frigthened itself. I will let you know in more detail how it works out when I know more.
