Very nicely and concisely put Fran, There is a shift happening to many people on their spiritual paths, it's a shift from the timebound mind to Source and it's quite amazing I don't have to do anything, just get out the way, when I use the process.
Takes a little time, practice for people like me who are so used to being in charge, getting in there finding things to run and so on. I have come to know this, there is a place in the heart where there is pure silence, deep peace, no words can actually describe it, we cannot see it because the mind is constantly chattering on trying to figure it all out, when I let go as in the procedure QE, that is when the magic happens, seems unbelievable that I actually have to do nothing, just get out the way.
