Hi Fran, I just mentioned QE to Leo, I should have put more emphasis on that procedure using it every night it certainly discharged a lot of anxiety, blocked energy, my fault for trying half a different things at the same time.
It gets above postulates, I find, you don't have to do anything just hold the two points on the body and let go which in many ways I am finding the way to go. It's a fairly new discovery for me, instead of getting in there, efforting trying to find something to run, if I relax and just let go or do some meditation many things just come up into my mind, I look them over and they discharge. But overall it's improving. What I can say with quite some certainty is: Whenever I hold the postulate that "I must sleep" or that "I want to sleep now" it didn't work out at all and I needed hypnotics to finally get some sleep (enforced sleep). Per the TROM theory I figured out that it is a "can't situation", a "Must sleep" against a "Musn't sleep" or "Musn't be slept" postulate. I don't know exactly where the "Musn't sleep" or "Musn't be slept" postulate is, but it seems to be there somehow (it's probably the noise overwhelm). So putting up the "Must sleep" postulate just prolonged the problem. I then tried to drop (to not make) the "Must sleep" or "I want to sleep" postulate. I didn't have the guts yet to make a full complementary postulate of "I musn't sleep" due to some fear of being stuck in that situation then. Instead I figured out the desirable state of wakening up in the morning after a good nights sleep and being rested, relaxed, painless and ready for the day. It worked quite well. I do use Melatonin. Sometimes Tryptophan. I also worked on a PAB program that a scientology C/S advised me to do. The CalMag formula really helped. And I handled a frightened being that frightened me with Level Two technology (so there is no anxiety anymore to sleep in). We are good friends now and I really love it. It seems that it wasn't its intention to frighten me but that it was frigthened itself. I will let you know in more detail how it works out when I know more.
