Amendment: I should of changed the title to this thread by now, I think. Oh well, never mind.
It occurred to me after sending my last message that I should amend the last line, it should read something like: I am putting my attention on handling any situation that may arise in the rough times ahead, always keep positive, improve my abilities, see what I can do with the many things I have learnt in my life, put my experiences to good use. To put my attention on rough times will ensure that is exactly what I will get. Best Mike I have planned to take a break now from writing things up, I have my spiritual reality, that which is true for me and I think there are some rough times coming on this planet, certainly in this Country (the UK) so I am putting my attention on this amongst other things.
